Is Guidemaker actually free?

Yes, Guidemaker is free to use for up to 10 guides. We do offer some paid features, but you can use the core product for free.

How are licenses counted when I upgrade to Plus?

Accepted Answer

When you upgrade to Plus, you'll instantly get access to all the features on the Plus plan for all users. Every user in your workspace counts as a license. If you only want to upgrade your individual account, or just want to upgrade a few of your teammates, you can create a new workspace with the teammates that need Plus access.

Can I capture processes on my desktop on Guidemaker Basic?

No, Guidemaker’s desktop application are only available on Plus and Enterprise plans.

Does Guidemaker offer a Plus or Enterprise discount for non-profits?

Yes. If your organization is an official 501(c)(3), we offer 50% off any paid plan. Please contact team@guidemaker.com to learn more about the non-profit discount. We will request proof of your 501(c)(3) status or international equivalent.

Does Guidemaker offer a Plus or Enterprise discount for schools and universities?

How do Guest users work?

Guest users are people you invite to view specific guides that are outside of your Workspace. They will need to accept the invite and log in to view your guides.
