Since launching out of beta, we’ve heard some reports of people who couldn’t login using the email login flow… Sorry about that!
We believe we’ve isolated the issue to Windows users with Microsoft Outlook and Windows Defender installed.
In some instances, those tools strip out characters from our magic login links, which breaks our ability to sign you into Guidemaker with a single click.
To fix this problem, we’ve implemented One-Time Codes as a backup for the the regular magic login link.
In addition to the regular login button, we’ll also send through a one-time code to your email.
If you’re not able to use the login link, you can just type in the code instead and you should be able to login Guidemaker.
